Overview
Welcome to The Makers’ Club! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Makers’ Club. The Makers’ Club operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and Account
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. Minors may use the Services only with parental consent. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account security. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
2. Products and Events
We aim for accurate product descriptions. Colors and appearance may vary depending on device and settings. Events (workshops, classes, team events) may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant The Makers’ Club and its event partners the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use such images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, notify us in writing at hello@themakersclub.de.
3. Orders
Orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before acceptance. Orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change. The price at the time of order applies. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or import duties. You must provide accurate, current payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer once products are handed to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and materials are owned by The Makers’ Club or licensors. You may only use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Optional Tools
Third-party tools provided as part of the Services are “as is.” Use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for these tools.
8. Third-Party Links
Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Use at your own risk.
9. Relationship with Shopify
