Return & Refund Policy

Products (Physical Items)

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Costs of Return

You are responsible for the costs of returning the product unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Customized or personalized products
• Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return your item following the process above, then place a new order for the desired product.

Event Tickets

Tickets for public events can be canceled up to 10 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable. Private or team events are non-refundable once booked.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your product is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: This right does not apply to event tickets or customized products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, please contact hello@themakersclub.de.
