You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your physical product, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

For workshop and event bookings, cancellations can only be accepted if requested at least 10 days before the event date, as these are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal under German law (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB), since they are tied to a fixed date.
